As the leader of a community of several hundred people within the company and in outsourced partners, she built a shared vision and sustained that across the community and beyond throughout her tenure. This clarity and strength of vision ensured that the services not only grew but continuously improved, and the customer feedback was outstanding. She built enormous resilience into the community as well, both to her direct reports and partners, so that no matter what pressure the team was under they could sustain a high-quality service and sustain momentum. I had the great pleasure of working with Magda in coaching.
