YOU HAVE BEEN A LEADER AND SENIOR MANAGER FOR MANY YEARS.
However, recently, there are more and more days when you think that you can’t handle the new duties, stress and responsibilities that are weighing on you. You hope that something extraordinary will happen, that will free you from this crazy mode, that you will be able to start over… Meanwhile, you get up in the morning and try to muster the last of your strength to take care of all the tasks and people around you again. You know that the team needs you and you support them, even if it is your time off from work. If you are not working, then… you are still working! In your head and on your phone. It has to be done and delivered.
Family has to adapt. Friends and hobbies – they will wait. Development – you have long forgotten what it is like to learn something new.
You use the resources you have accumulated long ago. You sleep through your vacation or you willingly adapt to everything that others have planned. Either way, this break has to be enough and hopefully until the next one. Most often, during your vacation, when you have finally slept in, you have the thought that you don’t want to be like this any longer. You see that there is a life outside of work and that it doesn’t wait. You would like to simply live. So you think about changing your job, to any job – anything, anything, even something crazy. You feel a lump in your stomach at the thought of going back. A few days before the end of your vacation, you fall silent, you radiate bad energy, you are sad and apathetic. You don’t like yourself like this, you don’t agree to this, you don’t want this. You start digging around on the web and that’s how… you end up here.
