Magdalena Ignaszak – creator of the Feelharmonic brand, Development & Wellbeing Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership positions for the world’s largest brands, such as: Shell, BP, Aon, The Coca Cola Company, Intercontinental Hotels Group.

I have led international teams, contracts and relationships with business partners in the area of ​​HR, training and development. I have worked with leaders, supporting them in harmonious development, i.e. one that restores peace, combines personal and professional development, takes into account values, needs, passions, opportunities and builds on natural talents.

I spread awareness in the field of health, including mental health, supports in preventing professional burnout and promotes the concept of living your own life. I look at the latter in particular, working with women during women’s circles and workshops.

I host the podcast “Feelharmonic – Harmonijny Rozwój Liderów”. I am the author of the H.A.R.M.O.N.I.C.® model, dedicated to building a culture of harmonious development in organizations. I build and implement projects in the field of well-being in organizations, I spread awareness related to health.

I draw from nature, diversity, individuality and creativity. Privately – a happy mother and wife. A yogi living in a village near Krakow, a lover of gardens and forests, a horse, cat and dog lover 🙂
