The primary goal of the workshop is to equip managers with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to recognize and prevent burnout among employees. By supporting a culture of wellbeing, the workshop aims to improve business results, job satisfaction and broadly understood health in the organization.

I have led international teams, contracts and relationships with partners in the area of HR, training and development. I have worked with leaders, supporting them in harmonious development, i.e. one that restores peace, combines personal and professional development, takes into account values, needs, passions, opportunities and builds on natural talents.
I spread awareness about health, including mental health, and I promote the concept of living your own life. I focus on the latter especially when working with women during women’s circles and workshops.
